Choose your medical complaint and click on "Click to Learn & Book Now"
Consultation Form
When clicking on the "Click to Learn & Book Now" section, You will see a "Book Your Consultation" button. Click on it when you are ready to complete our HIPPA secured booking form to schedule your appointment.
How is Payment Collected?
During the process of completing the form, the last section of the form will ask for your payment. Please note that all major credit cards are accepted!
Your Provider is Ready!
After completing your consultation form, you're done! It is that simple! Now, prior to your scheduled appointment time, You will receive a secured text message. Click on the text message and follow instructions to get connected with your CLINVEE practitioner! If you experience any issues, give us a call.
